We pride ourselves on delivering what we have made by the promise in on this site. All goods and services purchased on zulfair.com and their receipts will be delivered to user’s provided email ID after the successful completion of your purchase.
A notification of your purchase and any changes to it may also be delivered to your mobile number, subject to service availability.
If you choose not to download your receipt from the page on this website which confirms the successful completion of your purchase, you must check that you have received the receipt and confirmation of your purchase by e-mail, mobile and notify us without delay if you have not received it within one hour after your successful completion of the purchase.
We shall not be liable if you do not receive your receipt and confirmation because the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase was unable to receive the e-mail containing your receipt after your successful completion of the purchase or for up to twenty-four hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.
We do not provide goods and services to countries, entities, and individuals barred by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Cost of delivery
Delivery charges are calculated as per the customer requirement or request to delivery receipt and visa through postal or any other source of physical carrying service. Cost of delivery may vary depend upon service provider charges and location.

Payment Confirmation
Each order will be confirmed by Zulfair.com. After product payment are completed zulfair will send the user an electronic receipt to user’s registered mobile number and email ID.
Each user needs to make pending payment through our payment gateway in the zulfair.com web application within 5 regular days.
Zulfair.com will also send a regular update on each stage for each purchase made by the user.
